Autumn seminar

On 8 November 2017, our colleague, Anna Stančáková delivered a lecture on the topic of “Merger restrictions” which concerned an important amendment to the Commercial Code. The lecture took place in the Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava and was part of the Autumn seminar organised by our partner companyMazars.
