Peter Bartošík has been practicing law since 2000. He has advised English speaking clients in corporate and commercial law. He participated in mergers and acquisitions deals (including due diligence), greenfield projects and dealt with various competition law related issues (including concentration notifications to the Slovak competition authority).
Peter has also experience with international arbitration and debt collection for a major foreign financial institution.
Peter has developed considerable experience in banking law, mainly with respect to the regulatory aspects of the banking sector and the contractual documentation for various financial products.
Recently, Peter has advised many clients on real estate projects where he participated in all stages of the projects development (purchase of land, financing, construction and the sale of the project).
Peter speaks fluent English and has a conversational level of French and German.
